Refunds

The short version

Contributions are voluntary and not refundable. You choose the amount, you pay once, and you receive nothing that is held back: monosigned works the same for everyone, whether they have contributed or not. The branding can be removed without paying, so there is nothing a payment buys that a refund could take away.

If something went wrong

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged by mistake, write to hello@monosigned.com and we will put it right.

Your legal rights

Where the law gives you a right to a refund, that right is not affected by anything on this page.

Who handles the payment

Payments are made to Creem, which acts as merchant of record, and its own terms apply to the payment itself. We cannot see or change your card details. See also our terms.
