Short, because monosigned is. Free to use, with an optional contribution if you would like to make one.
1. Who we are
monosigned is a brand of Gojambel GmbH, Undinestraße 3, 81927 Munich. The full details are in the legal notice.
2. Using monosigned
monosigned is free to use, for yourself or for your work, with no account. The signatures you make are yours: use them anywhere, as many times as you like.
3. The branding
Each signature carries a small "monosigned" credit line. You may remove it at any time with the Branding switch in the editor. Nothing checks whether you have paid, and nothing will: removing it is always your choice.
4. The optional contribution
If you would like to support monosigned, you can make a contribution. It works on trust, as follows:
- You pay what you like, from a minimum of $1.
- It is a single payment, not a subscription. It renews nothing.
- It unlocks nothing and changes nothing about how monosigned works. Everyone has the same tool, whether they have contributed or not.
- The payment is handled by Creem, which acts as merchant of record, under its own terms. See our refund policy.
5. No guarantees
monosigned is provided as it is. Mail programs differ and change, so we cannot promise that a signature will look the same in every one of them. Please test yours before you rely on it. We are liable only as far as the law requires, and nothing here limits any right that the law gives you and does not allow us to limit.
6. Changes
We may change these terms, and will date the change below. If we do, it applies from then on.
7. Law
German law applies, without taking away any protection that mandatory consumer law gives you where you live.
